Throwing an event is a massive project. As a former professional Event Planner/Music Venue Owner myself, I have planned and hosted countless events in addition to DJing. My experience has taught me what clients & guests expect, how to speak to an audience, timing during events, and how to work with venue staff, planners, and vendors. I often DJ weddings, military events and corporate conventions and am happy to help coordinate from a distance if you are not local.
My Planning app makes preparation easy, with sample timelines, song request section, sample playlists, and more. Then we set up a phone call or zoom meeting a week before the event to go over final details.
Standard DJ Package includes DJ/MC duties, full DJ setup, wireless mics, travel, setup/takedown (1.5 hour early arrival), and liability insurance. I offer additional services including photo booths, ceremony/cocktail systems, karaoke, uplighting, projector/screens for slideshows, monogram/logo projection, & more!
